For appointments please ring 01634 360486 or 01634 377817. Urgent cases are seen on the day. If your condition is non-urgent you can expect to see a GP within two working days although you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.
If you don't need an appointment within two working days you have the option to book up to two weeks in advance. You can normally expect to see a nurse within one week.
Tell us if you require a nurse chaperone or someone else to accompany you during an examination, or if you need a private room to discuss any matters.
As from 5th August 2013, you will be able to book and cancel your appointments with our practice using the internet. You will need to register with the practice before you can access this service.

For patients who have difficulty accessing the surgery during core opening hours we do offer extended opening for both routine and urgent appointments on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 18:30 - 19:30. These can be booked in the usual manner by contacting the surgery during normal hours. The surgery will appear closed during these times but an intercom system will operate to release the door for you upon arrival.
The out of hours service will still operate during this time. Please note that during these extended sessions you will not be able to access reception for the booking of routine appointments or to request prescriptions or test results. You will need to call back during our core opening times.
Improved Access Appointments
You are now able to book an appointment to see a GP in the evenings or weekends at one of the new Primary Care Hubs within the Healthy Living Centres across Medway.
Primary Care Hubs are funded by Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (http://www.medwayccg.nhs.uk) as part of the national NHS Improving Access to General Practice Programme. The service has been developed to improve the availability of services you would normally get from your GP practice.
You must book an appointment to be seen at the hub - appointments need to be booked in the same way as you would book usually, with your own GP Receptionist Team.
This service is provided by Medway Practices Alliance (MPA), a federation of Medway GP practices, created to enhance the delivery of healthcare services to over 300,000 patients in Medway.
You must have booked an appointment through your GP surgery as walk-in appointments are not available.

Further hubs will be opening in Strood and Chatham in the New Year. From December to March 2020 the hubs are aiming to increase appointment capacity by 50% across all hubs as part of the Winter Pressure period.
You can speak to the doctor on the telephone if you need urgent advice or he or she will ring you at an agreed time on the telephone number you have given.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. Our nurses are available every day between 08:30 - 11:30 and 16:00 - 18:00
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
