In FEBRUARY 2020 we asked our patients to think about their recent experience of our service and to rate how likely they were to recommend our GP Practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.  The responses were as follows:-

We received 20 Friends & Family Test forms during FEBRUARY 2020 which is fantastic.

Of course, we cannot get things right all of the time and without your feedback we are unable to look at areas where we do need some improvement.   

There are occasions when the waiting time for a pre-bookable Doctor's appointment may be longer than usual, especially if you are wanting to see a particular Doctor.  We continually monitor our appointments and always aim for patients to be able to book a pre-bookable appointment within 7 days, however in school holidays and at particular times in the year such as Easter and Christmas, patients may have to wait slightly longer.  Don't forget that we are able to offer appointments at one of our Primary Care Hubs where you can access appointments in the evenings and at weekends.  The hubs are based in any of the Healthy Living Centres in Rochester, Lordswood or Rainham and also more recently at the Walter Brice Centre in Hoo and Balmoral Gardens, Gillingham.  For further information, please ask our Reception Team.
