If you need help when we are closed
Out-of-hours emergency cover is provided by NHS 111.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and calls are free, including from mobiles. NHS 111 will assess you, provide advice and direct you straight away to the local service that can help you best.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Physical accessibility
Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair via a ramp at the front entrance.
There is a disabled space in the car park at the rear of the surgery for any patients displaying a disabled badge in their vehicle. A disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are also available. There is also space for prams and buggies opposite reception.
How to make a complaint
