Results

During April, there were some technical difficulties with the IT systems so patients may not have received links to complete the friends and family tests, which we apologise for. Unfortunately, the technical problems were outside of our control and affected the whole of Kent. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients for your continued support and understanding under such stressful conditions for you all and our staff.

During the month of April 2026, out of  15 surveyed patients, we received 5 responses with a summary of scores being as follows:-

We are absolutely delighted to receive such positive scores.  We very much value the feedback that we have received, it is very rewarding for the whole surgery team and makes us all very proud.

We are always sorry to hear when a patient has had a negative experience, and we would encourage anyone who wishes to discuss their concerns further to contact the surgery directly so we can look into this.
