Results

During the month of May 2024, out of 187 surveyed patients, we received 99 responses with a summary of scores being as follows:-

  • VERY GOOD = 93
  • GOOD = 5
  • NEITHER GOOD NOR POOR = 0
  • POOR = 0
  • VERY POOR = 1
  • DON’T KNOW = 0

We are absolutely delighted to receive such positive scores.  We very much value the feedback that we have received, it is very rewarding for the whole surgery team and makes us all very proud.  It is sad to learn that someone has rated us as ‘Very Poor’ and we would encourage that person to come forward and speak with the surgery directly so that we can address their particular concerns.

We are listening – here is what we are doing

We do understand patients frustrations in struggling to get through on the phone.   We would like to reassure you that our phones are getting answered, however we are experiencing an unprecedented volume of calls at the moment and although we try and get through these calls as quickly as possible, our staff are also having to undertake other duties as well, for example dealing with patients at the window, processing prescriptions, answering emails and also assisting the Doctors and Nurses.   We continue to monitor the situation and are always looking at ways of improving our call waiting times.
