Non-NHS Services

Some services provided fall outside the scope of the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)  – £100.00
• Travel Insurance claim forms  –  £25.00
• Letters to school, gym etc. – £15.00
• Letters confirming medication to take abroad – £15.00
• Private sick notes – £15.00
• Vaccination certificates – £15.00
• Firearms Certificate – £25.00

Our reception staff will be happy to advise you about applicable charges. Please be aware that we cannot provide an exact timescale to complete any non-NHS work as it is dependent on the contracted NHS workload. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
